My Peruvian Spirit Quest

        This February and March found me on an in-depth search of my deepest thoughts, emotions, and desires. Spirit Quest with Alexis Lleiva did not disappoint.  While trekking through the Peruvian Mountains in the Sacred Valley, experiencing ayahuasca, cooking vegetarian meals, hiking through Machu Picchu and enjoying getting to know the hearts and gifts of 10 fellow seekers, I dove headlong into my own heart.

        The strength of the mountains lent its wisdom to me. The sky lent its freedom, the wind separated discordant thoughts, and the water purified my body while the Sun warmed my heart. I felt the presence of my family as though they were right there with me. Their essence, like a technicolor movie, became known to me. Love was flowing from every cell of their bodies. The strength of this love sustained me through the dark moments of my soul. I was able to go into past experiences of trauma and error thinking, and make peace with actions that did not serve the highest and best for all. This has given me a renewed, deeply profound knowing with my immediate family and my beloved clients.  This knowledge is already spreading to all in my sphere of influence.  A clear picture of my true worth, and abilities are now the guideposts to my next station in life.

        Prior to receiving the vision for Spirit Quest, Alexis Leiva was working as a Spanish interpreter and, despite years of personal development and leadership trainings, he remained unfulfilled. He wanted to serve the Sacred and carried a deep desire to live in alignment with Creator’s will for him. He journeyed to Perú first as a Spanish interpreter and participant and received a clear calling himself to bring others to the awe-inspiring healing, love, and transformation that he experienced during his time in the jungle.
